For Mother’s Day this year, I made reservations for my Mom, Helen, and myself to brunch at Ripe Caribbean Soul Food Restaurant. It is owned by my friend, Eri Bryson, and it’s located in Norwalk, Connecticut. This is a short video of my mom and me having some Rasta Pasta, Jerk Chicken, and Waffles. I love spending time weather and the food was amazing! Mothers are very special, and I love taking care of mine! Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms that are a part of my foodie family!
