PSL Tigers 16U got on the board in the bottom of the second inning after Jeury Cruz grounded into a fielder’s choice, and Sebastian Decena singled down the right field line, each scoring one run.
Performance Baseball 16U tied the game up in the top of the third thanks to two singles. Performance Baseball 16U tied the game at two on a single by Giovanni D.
Performance Baseball 16U took the lead in the top of the fourth. An error scored two runs, to give Performance Baseball 16U the advantage, 4-2.
Evan Perez pitched three and one-third innings in relief for Performance Baseball 16U. The reliever gave up five hits and four runs while, striking out seven and walking one.
