📍 Location: I-91 Northbound, Exit 37, Windsor, CT
👤 Suspects: Andrew Scott Lampkin, 42 (Vernon, unhoused) & Jonathan Riopelle, 46 (Vernon)
🚛 Vehicle: White pickup truck with DOT sign strapped to it
🕒 Time: Wednesday, 8:30 AM
Details:
The two men allegedly tried to steal a DOT highway sign.
Both were arrested and charged with:
Third-degree larceny
Reckless use of highway by a pedestrian
Improper parking on a highway
Each released on $500 bond; court date Nov. 21
